Notes:

  1. Rotor leadwire exit end of slip ring will be waterproof by the incorporation of an internial lip seal
  2. HI POT: 300 VRMS, 60 CPS for 60 sec. min.
  3. Insulation Resistance: 1000 MEGOHMS min. @ 500 volts D.C. for 60 sec. min.
  4. Torque: Shall not exceed 2.5 in-oz. break away.
  5. Slip ring will have a thru shaft capable of transmitting a continuous torque of 480 in-oz. (calculated)
  6. Noise: .75 millivolts peak to peak measured on a band width of 5 MHZ while rotating at 60 and 600 R.P.M.
  7. Contact Resistance: .015 OHM x lead length (in.) +.1 OHMS max.
  8. Leadwire: #30 AWG 18" in long typ.
  9. Material: External Surfaces shall be SS 316L.
  10. Continuity shall be established from end to end by same color wire
  11. Current rating per circuit:
    1. Peak 1.0 AMPS RMS for .5 sec. min.
    2. Steady 0.5 AMPS with no spiking
  12. Life: 100,000 rev with no spiking
